located five blocks north of Columbia
Pike and a half-mile south of Ballston
on Glebe Road in historic Arlington,
Virginia.
Our condominium has 122 units in
two five-story buildings. The buildings
contain efficiency, one-bedroom and
two-bedroom units. Residents here
enjoy spacious floor plans, large
windows, and a lot of storage.
Our location is our greatest asset;
we are adjacent to the campus of the
Department of State's Foreign Service
Institute, and a five minute drive
from Fort Myer. We are walking distance
to many great restaurants and shops
along Columbia Pike. Transit is easy
as well, with a number of bus routes
which run directly from the property
to Ballston, and the Pike
Ride service only a 10 minute
walk away.
